We make parking easy with our meet and greet service. On the day of your flight, call us 30 minutes before arriving at the terminal.

On your return, once you’ve collected your baggage, call us, and we’ll bring your car back to the terminal for you to drive away.

Yes, our bookings are flexible. Cancellations require a minimum of 48 hours' notice to receive a full refund, minus a £20 admin fee.
Changes to your booking are free of charge up to 24 hours before your scheduled arrival.
Any amendments made after this time will incur a £20 fee. To cancel, please email info@skyparking.co.uk.
If you need to change to or from Terminal 4, there is an additional charge of £20. Transfers between all other terminals are free of charge.
We track your flight details, so if your return flight is delayed, we will adjust accordingly to ensure your car is ready when you land. There is no extra charge for short delays.
However, if your return is significantly delayed or extended, additional parking charges may apply.
Once you have collected all your baggage, call us, and proceed to our designated desk. Provide your booking confirmation and ID proof to our driver.
They will return your car and key, along with the car park ticket, which allows you to exit the car park within 15 minutes. Please inspect your vehicle before leaving.
There will be no refund for any unused parking time.
Upon handover, you must sign the confirmation to acknowledge the return of your vehicle.
If your arrival time changes on the day, please notify us as soon as possible by calling our team. We will do our best to accommodate early or delayed arrivals, but this is subject to availability.
